Library Update

Thanks to generous donations, we have added a number of books to the library.

A number of books have been added dealing with the stamps, postmarks and postal history of Nepal and Tibet. You’ll find them in section 10.

And we have received two beautiful volumes reviewing the Mulready envelope caricatures.
